  • Pick out your blueprints and customize according to your taste
  • Walk your lot to determine home position
  • Chose exterior and interior home specifications for your home; allowances will be provided for appliances, lighting, carpet, cabinets, and counter tops
  • Dillon Construction will provide a sales price for a contract. A working deposit will be required at this time.
  • Meet with appropriate supplier to make selections: decorator for interior and exterior paint colors, carpet, roofing, hardwood color, stone or brick, cabinets and counter tops and ceramic tile.In addition, a meeting will be held to go over landscaping.
  • Meetings may be scheduled at any phase of construction to answer any questions or make any changes. Any changes to the contract will be documented with a change order. If there is any overage, it will be collected at this time. For safety reasons please schedule an appointment to walk the job site.
  • At home completion and before closing, a time will be scheduled to walk through your home. At this time, you will have the opportunity to point out any items that need attention. All of your concerns from the walk through will be taken care of before closing.
  • At closing, the deed of property will be transferred to you and you will be given the keys to your new home. Please arrange for the transfer of electric power, water and gas into your name prior to closing.
  • After closing, you are welcome to contact Dillon Construction at any time regarding any issue, warranty or concern. A meeting will be scheduled with you, Walt and the appropriate sub contractor to resolve any concerns.
